Major Project update

Below is the first frame of my short 2D pulling sledge animation which is a major part of Act 3. I have finished drawing all the frames, all I need to do now is apply colour and a few little things to them.

Modelling update.

  1. Attention all CGAA 3rd Years - your major project interim crit is on Tuesday 27th April @ 10am in the baseroom. At this stage, you DON'T need to reiterate or present all the things your project could or might have been; simply present the creative evolution of the idea you've taken forward. However, your interim presentation should provide a clear and detailed timetable for the final five weeks of production.

You should use this presentation and critical forum to audit your progress so far and outline your intentions/workflow. You should use this opportunity to identify technical challenges and specific problems so that the appropriate advice can be given and any potential problems pre-empted and resolved.

Your presentations should be concise, professional and effective.

    Everyone MUST attend.

Hope all is going well - and I look forward to seeing you on the 27th.

  2. Hi Labinot

I found my narrators through voiceovers.com,(just google it, there are a number of website which provide the same service) on there you can listen to clips to all the people attached that could help you. they have email addresses and contact numbers for all the people on there. once you have chosen the kind of voice/ person you need simply send them an email explaining who you are and what you need. dont forget to ask for a quote from them so you know how much your paying for the work they do before they do it. mention that your a student and some are will to help at a reduced price or some try to do it for free. they then email you the finished piece. the longest out of all the ones i used was a week, but with it getting closer to the end let them know that you need it soon. hope that helps

    leanne :)
